MTA Metro-North Railroad Holiday Lights Trains For 2025-2026 Season! Sunday, November 30, 2025, was the third day that MTA Metro-North Railroad operated both a dual-mode locomotive with coaches and an 8-car set of M8s decorated with lights and a special holiday logo for the season. Both will operate in revenue service on the Hudson, Harlem, and New Haven Lines.
