MTA NYC Subway Wrap For FIFA World Cup. On June 6, 2026, a set ‘wrapped’ by MTA NYCT Subway for the upcoming FIFA World Cup was running on the R Line. Celebrating the upcoming Saturday, June 13, 2026, match between Brazil and Morocco, 10 R160s received a special design on the exterior and custom ads on the interior. As an added bonus, some guys were showing off their “NYFEST” Soccer Trophy on the train, unaware that it had a FIFA wrap!
