Amtrak Texas Eagle Train 21 and Trinity Railway Express, Fort Worth, Texas

Texans. Amtrak Train 21 (AMTK 146, P42DC) was getting ready to leave the Fort Worth, Texas station on January 2, 2020 when Dallas Area Rapid Transit (Official DART page) Trinity Railway Express TRWX 126 (ex-TRWX 568, nee-GOT 568, F59PH, EMD, 4/1994) passed by on the way to Dallas. This area is extremely busy with rail traffic with all of the commuter, long distance, and freight trains that go by Fort Worth Central Station on a daily basis. Amtrak left the Santa Fe Depot in 2002 in order to use a modern facility, and today that building has been restored as a banquet and meeting hall.
