A robust 12 car Amtrak Lake Shore Limited (Train 48) passes through the MTA Metro-North Railroad Riverdale Station in the Bronx, New York under a storm lit sky on the evening of Sunday, April 6, 2025 with AMTK 715 leading. Construction on the CSX route to Boston has led to a combined 48/448 heading to New York City, making for a nice Phase III match of the locomotive and the Viewliner II up front. The train is also carrying a deadhead AmFleet Cafe on the rear, as well as a Phase VII coach in the fourth position.
