A 711 Frozen Treat. The snow was really coming down on January 16, 2024, when Amtrak Train 291 (Ethan Allen) passed through Garrison, New York with AMTK 711 (P32AC-DM, Phase III) leading. Despite the heavy snowfall that day, both Empire and Metro-North Railroad service kept to the schedule fairly well, getting commuters to their destinations safely. Which is a good reminder that on July 11, small Slurpees are free at 7-Eleven stores!
