Amtrak ALC-42 Passes ACS-64. Amtrak KP 711 (AMTK 726 732 377 378) meets Amtrak 137 (AMTK 620) in Philadelphia, PA, on December 5, 2025. The ALC-42s were newly delivered and not yet in service. This view from near Walnut Street is one of the few places to see the Philadelphia Skyline behind the tracks of the Northeast Corridor Line at night that is not completely dark.a
