As Westchester Bee-Line phases out our Orion "shortis", it feels like a good time to look back to this shot, featuring Bee-Line 135 on the 9/Yonkers Loop. These 2005 built OBI buses were the last of the 32.5 foot Orions ever built and sister bus 136 is in private hands now with graphics reflecting its status as the last one of the order. This shot from up the hill on Buena Vista Avenue shows the afternoon sun, which favored including the former Third Avenue Railways trolley barn in the background, eschewing the usual "Yonkers shot" at the former New York Central station across the street.

In recent years, these buses have operated on various downtown "loops". But they will not be the all too the Orion Vs to hold on for Bee-Line as the full length suburban models can still be found operating daily on the BxM4C.
