Circus Train, Garden City–Mitchel Field Secondary, New York
Lift up the blue flag because after 146 years, it all ends today. Having completed its final show at the NYCB Live/Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Blue Train (pictured here on the Garden City–Mitchel Field Secondary the afternoon of the last performance) will leave Garden City, NY this evening for the last time. The MTA LIRR will hand the train off to Amtrak at Harold, where it will travel through New York's Penn Station on its way to Florida. Most of the passenger cars will be left in New Jersey, having already been sold.
