Goodbye 2020. On the morning of August 1, 2019, CSXT GP38-3 2020 (née-BO 3820, 10/1967) sits at the CSX Ohio Street yard near Silo City in Buffalo, New York. While it is a shadow of its former self, there is still freight that moves to the industries on the Buffalo waterfront. Check out the Flour-by-Rail Legacy Project to see work on preservation of the railroad history of the area. Nothing personal to this rebuilt EMD, but it is not sad to see 2020 go!
