Maryland Western In Westernport. On the night of Sunday, June 20, 2021, former Western Maryland EMDs WM 7436 (SD35, 12/1964) and WM 7471 (SD40, 8/1966) sit in Westernport, Maryland next to Victory Post Road. The engines were last used by the Georges Creek Railway and stored when there was a downturn in freight traffic.
