For a time, Greyhound Canada operated Greyhound Courier Express (GCX) as a separate entity to carry cargo. Though it had some trucks, it also had trailers that attached to buses on regular routes. Easy come, easy go - by 2000 it accounted for over 1/3 of Greyhound Canada revenue, by 2018 it is discontinued. In 2021, Greyhound Canada closed its doors for good.
