The MTA Metro-North Railroad/Metro-North Railroad Employee Holiday Train tradition continues in 2024!

MTA Metro-North Railroad MNCW 214 (MNR "Employee Appreciation"/40th Anniversary) and MNCW 211 (New York Central Heritage/40th Anniversary) are bracketing the 2024 Employee Holiday Train, as seen on Monday, December 2, 2024. This year, three New York Central cars on loan from the United Railroad Historical Society of New Jersey. On the afternoon of Tuesday, December 3, 2024, the train traveled from Grand Central Terminal to Brewster Yard, stopping at North White Plains Yard along the way.
