Happy Fat Tuesday, Have a King Cake! New Orleans RTA 463 is one of 7 cars that were built in-house for the Riverfront Line in 1997 as "457 Series" replicas of the famous Perley Thomas 900s. 10 years ago tonight, February 17, 2016, it was stopped while changing ends at the French Quarter Station in New Orleans, Louisiana, which allowed for a nice time exposure shot. It has since been repainted into the traditional green color of the 900 series and transferred to the St. Charles Line to provide an option for customers who require ADA accessibility.
