Two 'Pro' Tips:

1 - We all need to ride the Staten Island Ferry more. It's free, and it has the best views imaginable of NYC, ships, etc.

1a - Don't ride the "Barberi Class" boat Samuel I. Newhouse. They will not let you stand on the front outside. Wait for the SSG Michael H. Ollis or Sandy Ground...Spirit of America or Dorothy Day. It's worth it.
