Rarest Mileage. During the photographers excursion over the New York & Lake Erie RR Train Rides on Saturday, June 25, 2022, the participants were taken down the long out of service portion of the line that heads towards Persia, New York and further to Salamanca, tracks that had not seen an occupied train in over a decade. A stop was made by an open area near State Route 353 in Dayton, New York where a 1965 Ford Thunderbird was posed next to NYLE 308 (née-Erie 308, S1, Alco, 11/1946).
