Holiday Lights Express. The authentically painted Baltimore and Ohio Railroad SW1 8408 (EMD, 1940) is a key member of the roster at the Wilmington & Western Railroad. On Friday, December 16, 2022, it was assigned to the Holiday Lights Express Train. At dusk, it sits at the restored Greenbank station near Greenbank Road in Wilmington, Delaware as it prepares for the first of three round trips that night.
