Squeezing In The Meet. On the evening of June 1, 2026, the Genesee & Wyoming/Providence & Worcester FPCH crossed the Hell Gate Bridge in daylight, only to find CSX making up that night's outbound M702 at the Oak Point Yard in the Bronx, New York, blocking their path to Cedar Hill. While C40-8 4050 was sitting just short of the former New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad Oak Point Tower, Amtrak 178 with AMTK 641 (ACS-64) had a clear path to continue its trip to Boston. The new power gantries here are closer together than the old ones, leaving a very small window to capture a picture of the meet.
