MTA NYCT Subway R211A Cars On The B Line In The Bronx. On the evening of September 26, 2025, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) NYCT Subway, several Kawasaki R211A option car sets assigned to the B Line. The total R211A order, including R211A, R211S, and R211T cars, is for 1,610 cars. As more arrive on the property, they have made their way from their initial assignment on the A Line to the B, C, and G Lines, and the 75 R211S cars in Staten Island provide most, if not all, of the daily service.
