Congratulations to the 2026 NBA Champion New York Knicks, who took Game 5 from the San Antonio Spurs, their first appearance since 1999, and their first championship since 1973.

When this series began, MTA NYCT Subway painted this subway entrance at 34 Street-8 Avenue near the Knicks’ home arena of Madison Square Garden in their honor, as seen on the rainy night of June 6, 2026.
