Service Restored For Halloween! There was no ribbon cutting or press conference, but as of this afternoon the 207 Street Flyover from the 1 Line/IRT to 207 Street Yard/Shop reopened. As a 1 Line passenger, I can only hope that now our trains will see the car washer with greater frequency......
