Dells. Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) on the rear of the Amtrak Empire Builder (Train 7/27) when they were crossing the Wisconsin River in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin on the evening of July 30, 2021. This waterway is extremly active with tour and pleasure boats in the summer season.
