Out on the "home rails" of the Boston and Albany, Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) was holding the markers on Amtrak Train 449 (Lake Shore Limited) on April 30, 2017. Long term construction at the station in Springfield, Massachusetts was then restoring the platforms and canopies for use by the customers of the Amtrak and CTRail trains that serve this community. The car was built for and carries the tailsign of the "New England States", Train 27/28 of the New York Central, which transported passengers in Pullman Service luxury between Boston, MA and Chicago, IL.
