Happy National Train Day! You should probably sit down before we remind you that it was 10 years ago today that Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) was brought to MTA Metro-North Railroad's Grand Central Terminal for the "National Train Day" celebration! For two years (2012 & 2013), MNR hosted the event including a mix of its own equipment, private cars, and Amtrak stock on display. The car is seen on the night of Friday, May 10, 2013 on Track 35 opposite the Washington DC Chapter NRHS (DCNRHS)'s "Dover Harbor" on Track 34.
