Merry Christmas from a snowy Boston and Albany Railroad!

Christmas was always been a major holiday for the New York Central Railroad. Whether it was commuter "getaway" trains or long distance travel, the NYC did not shy from its obligations to passenegers during the holiday season.

Webb Rail LLC - WEBX's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman (observation/diner/sleeper) "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) was built in 1949 for the "New England States". This was the NYC's all Pullman train between Boston, Massachusetts and Chicago, Illinois. Today, this route, the former Boston & Albany Railroad, is served by the Amtrak Lake Shore Limited (Trains 448/449). The car has been part of the Webb Rail fleet since 2012.
