Long Time New York State Resident. Early on the morning of August 19, 2019, Western New York & Pennsylvania Railroad RS3m WNYP 406 (née-DH 4112, RS3, Alco, 9/1952) was getting ready for the day’s assignments when it passed the office in Olean, New York. The locomotive was rebuilt in the 1970sas at RS3u. It also spent time with the Tioga Central Railroad Company before coming to WNYP, and is presently still hauling freight for the Arcade & Attica Railroad.
