Yesterday, the moon set at 7:48 AM. About 40 minutes earlier, it was low in the northwestern sky as it passed the George Washington Bridge and the "Bridge Apartments" over the Trans-Manhattaan Expressway (Interstate 95).

The Bridge Apartments are four high residential buildings that were built between 1961 and 1964. Each one is 32 stories tall with approximately 4,000 residents.
