Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) held the markers on Amtrak 42 (Pennsylvanian) from Pittsburgh, PA to Philadelphia, PA (and then was behind the motor from Philadelphia, PA to New York, NY) on Sunday, March 14, 2021. At just after sunrise, it passes under the George Westinghouse Bridge in East Pittsburgh, PA.
