Rainy Day in PA. On June 23, 2017, Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) holding the markers on Amtrak Train 43 (Pennsylvanian) as it made the station stop in Tyrone, Pennsylvania on trackage owned by Norfolk Southern. Just out of view to the left is the connection to the Bald Eagle Valley Branch to Lock Haven, operated by the Nittany and Bald Eagle Railroad. In a previous era, all of this was owned by the Pennsylvania Railroad.
