This Tow Is For Real, Not AI. On Sunday, December 28, 2025, Amtrak Acela Train 2292 broke down just outside of the New Rochelle, New York Station. Siemens ACS-64 AMTK 645 was dispatched to tow it to Sunnyside Yard after the passengers were discharged and transferred to other trains. This train, Legacy Acela Train Set 19 (AMTK 2024/2021), is partially wrapped in advertising sponsored by Workday, which declares "The AI platform moving business forever forward". The train is seen passing through Concrete Park in the Bronx, New York, with the former New York, Westchester, and Boston Railway Westchester Avenue and the MTA NYCT Subway 6/Pelham Line in the background. The legacy New York Connecting Railroad catenary gantries are on short time as the Hell Gate Line is upgraded for future MTA Metro-North Railroad Penn Direct Service.
