A Bright Spot For Bright Future. Seven years ago this morning, CSX Q234-15 rolled over Rondout Creek in Kingston, NY on Saturday, February 16, 2019, as the sun was just beginning to illuminate the winter scene. EMD SD70MAC 4566 was the last YN2 painted unit of its kind, and has since been rebuilt as an SD70AC and painted in a YN3 variant paint scheme. The Kingston Power Boat Association (KPBA) was founded in 1939 by workers in a local shipyard, and to this day is a cooperative that supports economical boating on the Rondout Creek and the Hudson River.
